What do I need to bring to my party?
You should bring in your cake, ice cream, and other birthday desserts. In addition, you might want to think about bringing:
- Tablecloths - for 6-ft rectangular tables
- Birthday-themed paper supplies (the cups, plates, forks and napkins that we provide are plain white)
- Balloons or other table-top decorations
- Extra jackets, gloves, scarves, etc. - and don't forget socks in the summertime!
- Your friends and family!

Is there anything I can't bring into the Ice Complex?
We are an alcohol- and tobacco-free facility. To keep our prices low, please refrain from bringing in outside food (other than your cake/dessert items). Drinks should be purchased through our café. In addition, please do not include confetti or silly string as part of your decorations/party favors.

How much pizza should I order?
Each of your large, one-topping Papa John's pizzas has 8 slices. They may be cut into 10 slices upon your request. Our Penalty Box package includes 2 pizzas and two 2-liters of Coke for $30.00, but you may add as many pizzas as you feel you need; extra pizzas are $13.00/each. You might want to think about ordering extra pizzas if your party is close to a mealtime, or if your guests plan on bringing their parents or siblings. Also, you might want to think about how much time you're planning on spending in your party room before ordering extra pizzas.

What do your party rooms look like?
Our party room walls are colorfully decorated with party and skating themes. They are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis, with the larger and more conveniently located rooms booked first. We typically set up a total of four rectangular tables (2 for seating, 1 for gifts, and 1 for food), but we can supply you with more tables and chairs on request. You provide your own tablecloths, table-top decorations, and party favors. All rooms have fireplaces, which should be on by the time you arrive. Click on the thumbnails below to take a closer look!

What do your rinkside party areas look like?
Our party areas are either against the walls of the skating area or in the lobby overlooking the rink. They will be roped off so that only your party has access during the skating session. You will have seating tables as needed to accommodate your party. Pictures are coming soon!

What kind of drinks do you have?
Your 2-liters can include any of the following: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, or Lemonade. Extra 2-liters are $3/each. You can also add a carafe of hot chocolate to your party for only $5!

When do I need to pay a deposit?
Our deposits are non-refundable an act as down-payments toward your package price. They are due at least one week prior to your party, but we can take your reservation as soon as the public skating schedule is posted. Once your deposit is paid, you can pick up as many invitations as you need at our front office. The deposit price for the Party Room and Rinkside packages is $50.00

When do I need to pay the balance?
On the day of your party, there will be a list at our Skate Rental counter with your birthday person's name on it. Your invited guests will be asked to sign in as they get their skates. Towards the end of your party, this list will turn into your final bill. Your extra skaters and food will be totaled for your review. When it's time for your party to wrap up, just stop by our front counter!

How soon do I need to order my pizza?
To ensure that your order is correct, please call our front desk to order your pizza 72 hours prior to your party. You will receive a confirmation call the week that your party is scheduled.
