Fall Registration Form begins August 1.
Registration with the Huntsville Skating School and Training Academy is required for class skaters and is beneficial for skaters taking private lessons, as it allows them to receive the member rates for Freestyle. The cost is $25.00 for one year, starting on August 1 of each year and expiring July 31 of the following year. This fee will be due when you register for your first class
Classes are $16.00/each, paid monthly; typically, skaters take one class per week, but you may opt to take more. If you have a known absence for a certain month, you should omit that day from your monthly contract. If your skater misses a day due to unexpected illness, please bring in a doctor's excuse to receive credit for the missed class in the following month.
Freestyle pricing is broken down here. Please note that these rates are for ice time only; if you opt to take private lessons, additional fees should be paid directly to an independent coach.
Club Fees are required for both class and freestyle skaters. This annual fee allows your skater to go to competitions, perform in ice shows/exhibitions, and take skating level tests. When you register and pay your annual dues, please plan on including a separate check made payable to the Skating Club of Huntsville. Basic Skills membership (which includes all class skaters) is $10.00 for one year (August 1 - July 31).
